The Maastricht Centre for Human Rights supervises research in the field of human rights conducted at Maastricht University’s Faculty of Law. This research is interdisciplinary, with a particular focus on public international law, criminal law and social sciences. The titles in the Series contribute to a better understanding of different aspects of human rights sensu lato.

The series is published under the editorial supervision of Prof. Dr. M.T. Kamminga (Maastricht University, the Netherlands).
